Trained and experienced senior care consultants will help you understand elder care issues and the steps for caring for aging parents/family members.  These senior care consultants will advise you of elder care options and assist you in making the right elder care choices for your family. 

Elder Care Resources

You can speak with a trained senior care consultant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week about:

§ The emotional and financial challenges of caring for elderly parents/family

§ How elder care non medical service home visits provided by a professional geriatric care manager can ease the care giving burden

§  Long term senior care questions, and much more

You also will have access to a comprehensive eldercare website that offers features such as skill sheets, condition research, senior care givers advice, two minute test, senior care givers tools, elder care resource finder, and member reports.

As part of our Elder Care Benefits program, senior care consultants will help you find an appropriate home health agency, assisted living facility or nursing home at the best rates. 

Elder Care Costs

By subscribing to our Elder Care Benefits program, you:

§ Can save 4% to 25% at approximately 5,500 senior care providers when seeking home health agency or assisted living facilities.

§ Are entitled to discounted fees for senior health care management services.  Services provided are telephonic and in-home evaluations (for an additional hourly or package fee) for all levels of care from basic to comprehensive.  Members receive a 5% to 15% discount on retail rates.
